Take the Cambridge/Allston-Brighton exit.  Bear right toward Cambridge and cross over the Charles River traveling on River Street. Take an immediate right after crossing Chalres River onto Memorial Drive. Travel along Memorial Drive about 1 mile until you see the Hyatt Hotel on your left. Just past the hotel there is a light. Take a left at that light onto Amesbury Street. Follow Amesbury one block and then take a right on Vassar Street. Follow Vassar Steet, cross Massachusetts Avenue and at the next light take a left on to Main Street. Technology Square will be on your right side. To access the parking garage take an immediate right onto the entrance road to the Technology Square Office Park. The road is between 200 and 300 Technology Square. Follow the road past 200 and 300 Technology Square and turn left into the first parking garage.

Take Storrow Drive exit. Follow Storrow Drive for approximately 3/4 of a mile and take the Government Center/Kendall Square exit (which will be a left hand exit). At the end of the ramp take a right onto the Longfellow Bridge. As you cross the bridge over the Charles River into Cambridge you will be on Main Street. The road will force you to the right around the Marriott hotel and become Broadway. Follow Broadway 1/4 of a mile. You will cross Galileo Galilei Way and then immediately cross over rail road tracks and come to a traffic light. At this traffic light take a left onto the entrance road to the Technology Square Office Park. The public Technology Square parking garage is the second parking garage on your right.

Exit the airport and follow signs to the Sumner Tunnel. Go through the tunnel, staying in the left lane. At the end of the tunnel, follow signs to Route 93 North and go up the ramp to the Southeast Expressway (Route 93 North). Turn onto exit 26, Back Bay/Storrow Drive. Go through the tunnel, staying in the left lane. Turn onto the first left exit, Government Center/Kendall Square, Route 3 North. Get in the right lane of the exit ramp. At the end of the ramp, turn right and go over the Longfellow Bridge onto Broadway. Go through three sets of lights. Pass under the sky bridge (a walkway above the street) and take an immediate left at the lights into Technology Square.
